Get Loud!

Have you ever felt like the enemy has attacked you? Beaten you down? It is a terrible and exhausting place to be. It gets to the point where you almost feel like the enemy has won. You know that your heart belongs to God, but maybe your mind is unsettled and your spirit feels weak. Well I am here to tell you that if God has your heart He has your mind and your soul and your spirit as well. He is protecting those. He is guarding them, but WE let the day to day life break us down to where we become easy targets for the enemy to step in and start feeding us lies. Lies that he has no right to say and lies that have no place in our lives. The enemy may whisper to you

You’re not good enough
You can’t do that
You have too much baggage
You’re all used up

But the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the Creator of the universe, He shouts back

You are more than enough
Nothing is impossible with God
You are forgiven
You’re not done yet

And I use the word shouts because a whisper doesn’t scare the enemy. Maybe today you need to start shouting out some of those promises and truths that our Heavenly Father says about you over yourself. Start shouting them back at the enemy so that there is nothing else he can do but flee. God created me in His image (Gen 1:27). He made me on purpose and for a purpose (Psalm 33:10). God has a plan for my life (Jer. 29:11) He will not forsake me (Deut. 31:8). I am a child of God (Gal. 4:7). I am a wife of noble character (Prov. 31:10). I am a husband who loves his wife like Christ loves the church (Eph. 5:25). I am fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14).

Speak those promises and truths over your life and speak them loudly! It is so easy to go from thought to thought in your mind, to get distracted, and then all of a sudden, your mind is running wild and your powerful moment is now gone. Don’t let the enemy take your moment! Use your voice! Declare life over your situations out loud! Why?? Because the enemy can’t stop your mouth. He can distract your mind but he can’t stop the words and truths and promises from coming out of your mouth. So let’s speak up and get loud!

with love,
